Functional Strength
In functional strength training we train with kettlebells, macebells, bulgarian bags, wrestling dummies, ropes as well as with our own body weight (bodyweight exercises). Muscles are not trained in isolation as in classic strength training, but several muscle groups are equally stressed. Especially for martial artists, but also people who simply want to get fit, this type of training is predestined. The complete body is taken to a new level in terms of strength and fitness.
