In 2006 I opened my first martial arts school. Since then I offer training for Luta Livre, MMA, boxing, wrestling as well as functional strength training. Besides the aspect of self-defense and athletic fitness, it is especially important to me to strengthen my students mentally and make them more self-confident.
I enjoy passing on my knowledge and am proud to see how quickly my students develop.

Ismail Baygus
Wrestling coach
Ismail Baygus is a multiple German champion in Greco-Roman style. During his active career he has participated in international tournaments (World Championships and European Championships), among others. In the national league he competed for various clubs such as ASV Mainz 88, KSV Köllerbach and KSK Konkordia Neuss.
Silvano Gaudio
Physiotherapist
Accordingly, Silvano’s specialty is sports physiotherapy with the goal of medical muscle building and rehabilitation training. In addition to his studies and training, Silvano has attended continuing education courses in reflexology and the biomechanics of the human body.
